A common law practitioner specialising in personal injury and employment law. He also has a significant discrete practice in disciplinary proceedings and courts martial and in licensing, regulatory and disciplinary proceedings.
His personal injury practice includes clinical negligence and appearances in the Coroner's Court.
His employment practice covers all aspects of employment law for both Claimant and Respondent.
He has expertise in licensing law which extends to liquor, betting and gaming, public entertainment, sex establishments, firearms and private hire/hackney carriages. He has advised and lectured extensively on the Licensing Act 2003.
