Child care: All Aspects: Particular experience recently in cases involving serious injuries to children in particular subdural haemorrhages and fractures.
Wide experience of all forms of applications whether in respect of applications for care orders, contact or discharge of care order.

Adoption: Long experience under the previous legislation and has attended training about the Adoption and Children Act 2002.

Private law: Wide experience of all aspects of applications under Children Act 1989 including removal from the jurisdiction.

Mental Health: Particular interest in the use of the inherent jurisdiction and the management of the affairs and interests of those who suffer from mental health problems, permanently or temporarily.

Community Care: Burgeoning area of law relating to the funding and provision of services by health and social care services.
